All CAC programs have an application process; to apply for services, please contact us.
CAC programs have eligibility requirements based on income and need.
Weatherization, Home Repair, and Electric Efficiency programs are available to eligible residents of Portage and Trumbull Counties.
Emergency utility assistance services are available to residents of Portage County only.
Most CAC Services are FREE to  eligible families/individuals. CAC operates the Community Technology Learning Center.  
CTLC is a registered proprietary school in the state of Ohio.  CTLC is a fee based program, but student financial aid is often available.
We also provide a wide range of globally recognized on-line tests for many education activities, occupations, and continuing education.
