Community Technology Learning Center

The Community Technology Learning Center (CTLC)  of  Portage  County  is  a  program  designed  to  provide  a diversity of Information Technology programs in Portage and  surrounding  Counties.  CTLC  in  cooperation  with communities  and  local  governments  has  specifically designed many of  its programs  to meet  the changing needs in workforce development training. CTLC's goal is to  provide  a  range  of  course  offerings  at  different aptitude levels in order to meet the needs of a diverse client base in each community.   Our curriculum continues to  dynamically  evolve  over  time  in  order  to  meet  the rapid changes in technology and our client's needs.

CTLC is a certified testing center through Pearson VUE, Prometric, Certiport, PAN, ISO Quality and Kryterion.  Therefore, Students will be able to take their certification exams in the same location where they take their training.  This can tend to lessen some of the anxiety that often accompanies the testing process.

WHY GET CERTIFIED?

For individuals, attaining certifications means increased job security, additional career opportunities and increased credibility  in  the  workplace.  For  businesses, hiring certified  workers  means  higher customer satisfaction, increased productivity and lower employee turnover.

WHY CTLC?
